I’m having trouble adding my hands to the exercises. I’ve been hand-dominant for a long time. This requires me to be foot dominant and I’m having trouble working the hands in. Suggestions?
Sure… what you could do to simplify this is to just play quiet alternating 16th notes with the hands, on the pad or snare. The coordination is a little easier. But I do want you to do something with the hands so you develop the balance with your feet

Finally, 70bpm. But heel up was a disaster. Heel down was not problem. Looks like I’m going to be working on heel up this week.
