In these excercises, do you recommend using push/pull og just double stroke feeling for the lefts? I reckon it’s easier to get the timing perfect with push/pull?
That is a way to work on it. Developing the push/pull will help with these exercises in that it will give you more command over the double stroke roll… but it is not a necessity. If it feels good for you… I would definitely do it that way.
